I made Brazilian kibe (some cultures, known as kibbeh (middle east). Google for recipes to decide what road you may want to take. These are extremely tasty morsels if done right.

    KIBE

    ¾ cup of bulgur wheat

    ¾ cups of beef broth

    4 tablespoons olive oil

    1/2 chopped onion, divided

    2 cloves minced garlic

    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

    ¼ teaspoon cloves

    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

    1 pound ground beef

Scant 1/4 cup of chopped parsley

1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)

Scant 1/4 cup of packed mint leaves

Garnish: lime wedges + tahini sauce

After you gather your ingredients, take a small pot to bring the beef broth to boil with. Remove it from heat after it boils and pour the bulgur wheat over. Let the bulgur wheat rest for 30 minutes.

For the filling, sauté the garlic, cinnamon, nutmeg, and half of the onions. Add 1/3 of the ground beef when the onions are soft and fragrant. Add parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Go back to your bulgur wheat and drain it in a colander. Put the wheat in a processor with the remaining ground beef, onions, and mint leaves. Add a 3/4 teaspoon of salt and sprinkle with ground black pepper.

Process the mixture until it’s smooth like dough. Chill both uncooked and cooked beef mixture for several hours. Start shaping the uncooked beef in golf ball-sized balls.

Press the ball flat in your palm and place 1 tbsp. of the cooked beef mixture in the middle. Close the dough around the filling. Seal the football-like ovals well and air fry until very dark brown and crispy.

Try 375-400°F (I used 375°F) 10-15 minutes, watch and adjust.

In Lebanese those are Kibbeh Aras, lot of stuff in the above recipe not in this version, Lebanese version also adds pine nuts which is an awesome addition. The version above sounds good though. Now I want Kibbeh. :)

Bbq, jamaican jerk, and creole dry rub wings.

360 15-20 til crispy and temped with a thermometer over 165.

I'm going to have to mess around with a better wing sauce as it doesn't coat the way I like

Went to Sprouts today, local healthier food stores around here.
Bought pre made Buffalo wings and let them marinade for 2 hrs in the bag
Fail on the pics but @370 for 35 min was good.
    Moist, tastie and crunchy
For those that like more sauce Frank's Red hot is a good 1
I will for sure do it again because they where a hit with homemade ranch

My wife was asking for an air frier. I didn't want another appliance on the counter so I bought this on Amazon day to replace the toaster oven.

Kind of all in one. Air Fry - convection - bake - toast - rotisserie - broil - pizza - dehydrate

Now I have 40 pages to look through.

Does it require a degree in mechanical engineering? Do you have to have a pilot's license for it? Does the county require an annual emissions inspection?

Interested to hear some feedback. I want to replace our current air fryer with something larger. I was just looking at the Ninja Foodi XL Pro, thing is a little expensive though.
