Anyone done pork ribs? Grabbed a rack for this weekend. Probably gonna do most of them on the grill but kinda want to slice a bit off and throw them in the air fryer

Hmmm reading up on a few online recipes I don’t think I’ll be able to do this set fully in the air fryer. I was lazy and got one of the pre- seasoned and sauced packs of ribs. Looking like I might totally burn the sauce if I try to fully cook them in the air fryer.

So I think I’ll cook half on then the grill and the other half I’ll do in the oven and finish in the fryer to crisp up and see how it goes

Glad that you figured that part out BEFORE you made a mess of the air fryer!

Yeah me too. Well the end result wasn’t much of an experiment. I didn’t realize that they were fully cooked when I bought them. Wasn’t too much selection for ribs. So it was basically just a reheat.

That said, oven for 30 min and then air fryer to finish them off/ crisp them did turn out slightly better than the grill. Need to try it again with uncooked ribs and start from scratch

I did country style ribs in the air fryer. Once cooked to temp, I sauce them and broil them in the oven for a moment. Did the sauce and back in the air fryer and it got a little smokey. I used this as a reference for times and temp.

Anyone do any baking? I found a raspberry bread recipe. I’ve made it twice (2nd time used blueberries instead) both times had to cook it triple the amount of time the recipe called for….. what am I doing wrong? I have more blueberries I need to use up so I’m making it again tonight.

Never in air fryer. Post recipe if you can.

Longer bake may be because more moisture???

It’s from an Air fry group… I would think the moisture would have been accounted for?
