The old air fryer was perfect at 385 for 15 minutes. Next time I'll go up to 400 for 15.

Apparently I don't! Brought it back today. It works fine as an oven but not as an air fryer and it is IMPOSSIBLE to clean. My wife air fried some stuffed mushrooms and the juices molecularly fused with the drip tray. No amount of soaking or scrubbing will get it clean.

Brought old faithful back out of retirement.

I can't stand mushrooms but I'm told that they were very sub-par. Our old air fryer would brown and crisp up the cheese but the new one really only warmed them up.

I'm finally trying to dehydrate a pineapple in my air fryer. Stay tuned.

What's the lowest temp your air dryer goes?

I feel like it's going to be too high

Of course it is.. but using an air fryer as a dehydrator might be asking too much of it.

Fruits and vegetables are usually dehydrated at 135F.

I'm also curious what is the purpose of dehydrating a pineapple. Is it for a snack or to be ground up for a rub or something? @Fargo Taco
