air/fuel sensor p1135 code

    2001 Tacoma prerunner green
    I've got a 2001 tacoma with 283,000 miles and its drinking a lot of gas. the diagnostic gave me a p1135 code. I have no idea where the sensor is located. Need some help!

    Replacing the forward O2 sensor fixed this code for me five years ago.

    P1135 means the heater element in your air/fuel sensor (bank 1 sensor 1) has gone bad. This is the sensor that's before the catalytic converter, the one that's towards the front of the truck
