I have a 2023 Limited 2 WHD that I am using to tow a small trailer at times. I have also read about the Tacoma sag in the rear. My question is if I install the air bags before the 1 year warranty is up will it be voided by Toyota on the rear suspension.
    Thank you
    Bob

I installed Air lift bags, there is no drilling job, that shouldn't be the problem for warranty

You have 3 year warranty on all, 5 year on engine and drivetrain.

airbags will not void warranty. It’s a great idea for towing.

Weight distributing hitches are a great idea to prevent sad as well.

^^^ They are correct. Suspension helpers do not void warranty, with a caveat.

If, by a freak of nature, your leaf springs crack and the dealer sees the suspension helpers, they are going to try to weasel by claiming you must've overloaded the truck. That said, chances are minimal that the leaf springs will crack, and they are equally low that the dealer will try to weasel on non-suspension related repairs when they see airbags. I ran helper springs through my entire warranty period, the dealer didn't say peep about them.

Thank you for your replies, I know how to proceed now if I need them. BTW I am using an equalizer hitch already.
