Air pressure in Duratracs? 265-75-16

I'm following as I have a set of cs coming Thursday.

 

Anyone else with input here? I’ve been running 35/32 f/r and am going to try 40 all around to see the difference. Will report back

 

this thread is as messy as it is old.

first, identify your load range. C or E range. that will give you a ballpark.

if you want to dial it in for your reality, then do the chalk test. it will take about 10 minutes.

 

If I'm on-road predominantly, I get the best mileage at about 37-38 PSI (Duractracs in C-load range, 265-75r16). Drop them down to mid twenties for most general purpose offroading.

 

Indeed, my bad. 265/75/16 in Load C. Need to get the chalk test going...

 

Did the world run out of chalk?
