2000 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner

I have a 2000 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner with the 3.4 motor. I have lost all my power, my CEL on computer is saying bank 1 running lean. I have replaced my MAF and o2 sensor numerous times and also replaced cat converter. Injector pressure checks out fine. Has K&N air intake and filter. Any help on why I lost all of my power? Please help this is my daily driver
