air vent selector

2.5 spacer w/ aal, k&n air filter

I have 08 tacoma, last week the vent selector has not been working. It'll send air through all the vent and little to the defrost no matter what vents you select it on. And the temp is kind of different too, the cool position is not as cool as usual and when the vent select is on defrost I think the a/c kicks on too.
