what could the airbag light coming on be, and about how much would a diagnosis cost?

im thinking this may be the time to officially turn the taco into a beater, i sunk in for a new front end, a new transmission, a few months ago a new rear end, a few new T-case switches, and now this stupid airbag light will not turn off

Airbag light diagnosis @ my local dealership costs $105. If it turns out a repair is needed, the $105 goes toward the total. As long as the airbag light is on the airbag won't work.
