I'm a structural maintenance technician AKA "sheetmetal" in the USAF & currently paint acft parts & support equipment, plus tailflashes on A-10's & F-16 acft in S. Korea. I previously did over 9 yrs on F-15 C&D model fighters. I am proud to serve & work on the most capable military acft the world can provide. Yes, there are bad days & alot of cussing sometimes doing the job but when I see them take off in full afterburner, it still to this day makes me proud of what I do & the safety that the military provides to the american ppl with the blood, sweat, & tears put into these machines.

we've been done for what, 4 months now? and they still have some ppl working 12's to fix ours. no matter what we do it seems like they keep breaking on their own.

Now that's war fighting machine. I swapped boxes 06-09. Bring the rain! Pissed us off when they used "spooky" for the call sign in the movie.

How long you been wiping down the old H? Tell everyone there that Koochy says hey from FL! I miss that old bird and the good people.
