I almost kind of like it. Reminds me of my slammed 86 yota hard top convertible I had back in the day.

This wouldn't be a video would it? How did the truck take it? Or how did it feel to you? I would love to see this on video!

Why not Icon bypasses to match the your coilovers?

Icons were $400+ more. The Kings are specifically made for these hoops and LCAs . The icon bypasses are made for their hoops. There would have been tweaking required to make the icon hoops work with the TC LCAs also. I tool the easiest and relatively cheaper route. I think the black and blue looks pretty good though.

I think there is video. If there is it was one of Rylees friends that got it. Maybe he'll chime in.

I'd like to but it isn't high on my list of things to do right now. Maybe i'll run an ad on craigslist about my "lightly used" Icons.

A lot of good stuff done to this truck. You planning on doing a 4x4 conversion to it? Seems logical with the direction you have took.

What valving do you have in the bypasses, looks like you need quite a bit more compression. Don't want to bump out on the smaller stuff.

Truck looks awesome, keep up the good work.

Hey quick question, do run this much preload due to your bumper? Or do you run that much just for lift? I'm just trying to figure out how your front end isn't pointing to the sky with the maxtracs and that much preload!

I have camburg spindles and less preload and sit right about where your at...maybe yours does sit taller not sure.

He has a front plate bumper and winch so I think he has the preload just to keep it level and not stinkbug so much.

I know I was asking the obvious but just making sure. I actually forgot about the winch, good point! Thanks for chiming in.

Last I spoke with him, he was planning on running either the defined kit or the DMZ kit. If you plan on running any shock size higher than a 16" stroke shock, if recomend going with the DMZ kit because it's really well built to handle the travel but the Defined kit is built to run a 14" shock or smaller. Would be a good idea if you don't want to spend a lot o money and run 12" bypasses or something.

I was planning on the DMZ kit but didn't know the 14" or smaller shock thing. I am planning on running something similar to Airdog on the front. Maybe the S2 kit from icon but still doing research on it. I also wanted some feedback on the link killer kit from Giant but still leaning towards DMZ.

I totally mis read, so the defined kit runs no more than a 14" shock. Got it!

Giant 64s (the giant kit) are good springs but to utilize all the travel, you'd need an 18" shock and to be honest, you most likely won't need all that down travel. In fact it seems like most just strap and bump it for a 16" spring. I've never heard a bad thing about Tim's (DMZ) SUA kit. If you want to go longtravel, the DMZ kit is just about the best off the shelf kit you can buy.

I don't fuck around. You are aware if this. Haha jk

Btw, looks like I'll be down this weekend. Greg will have his runner. Greg, Christian and Rodger and I were thinking about hitting up my cabin that weekend and do a little off-roading if you don't have plans.
