Okay, TW. Lets try this again!

    snorkel-body.jpg
    AIRFLOW TOYOTA TACOMA 2005-2012 SNORKEL

I've been throwing around the idea of organizing a group buy for the Airflow Snorkel system for the 05-15 Tacoma and need to get an idea of how many people would be interested if this were to move forward.

With TCBob's approval, I have found a vender that is interested in supplying the group buy, however, I cannot get a discount number until we have an idea of how many participants would be in.

    Pricing:
    Group Buy Price: $370
    Retail is $495

Tax only applied to Florida customers at 6%

    Shipping
Free shipping to continental US! Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will have to get a quote for shipping rates.

    Fine Print:
If you have any questions just message me. This will be for the 05-15 snorkel only. Part #: SO16. The vender has already stated that it will be easier to keep to one part number for a large quantity.

    DONT BE "THAT GUY"
Our discount will be based directly on how many people are willing to participate. If you are willing to put money down, then we want you. Don't "express interest" if you are on the edge or the guy who flakes on trail runs all of the time. This may ruin it for the rest of us. You're in or you're out.

Yeah, I wish there was more options too. 4 Runners, 1st Gens, and 3rd would be great.

there are many 12-15 2nd gens using this snorkel on TW

and in the spirit of the old airflow fiasco lol.... Mahalo @desertjunkie760 and best of luck with this GB, I have been very happy with my airflow.

@desertjunkie760 it might help if you can confirm with Airflow pricing for a 25 piece batch and another price for a 50 piece batch perhaps even for a 100 piece batch... this might help people decide and can start forming a list off that

I think a big problem last time with mahalo max was that he said this was a 50 batch confirmation before shipping and IIRC that turned into a 100 batch confirmation before shipping... He was simply not transparent from the get go.

I see what you did there...

Good observation. I was fairly confident that was the case, however, I did not want to post up incorrect info without confirmation. Thanks!

I originally tried to get a number but the vender requested I get a feeler first. I’ll reach out again and see what I can do. I appreciate your input. I agree, consumers will want to see an obtainable goal and if the discount will be worth it.

I was not aware of that. I was under the impression that the big issue there was he tried to be the middle man for the funds and shipping. Neither of which I’m interested in doing, I just want to organize this for everyone to benefit from.

They are an Australian company that’s been around for awhile. They actually had a Tacoma snorkel specifically designed for the Tacoma before Safari did.

    Fitment looks good. Any issues?

I’m assuming they’re are no obstructions in the engine bag as well?
