    Stock. For now.
    Hello all.

The type of off roading I do here in Vegas is mostly long trails. Often times I can do 30-40 on my stock suspension. Once my fox coilovers are in I would imagine I would be doing that speed a lot more. Often the speed drops to 2-15 mph for areas with boulders and steep climbs etc. running stock all retain tired now 265-75r16. I aired them down to about 15psi while out and about. Is that a good PSI for the range of speeds I am looking at? Do I have a risk of loosing a bead at those speeds and ties pressure? What would you recommend.

I usually air down 25psi front and 20psi rear and I wouldn't go faster than 40mph. :notsure: Anyone wanna chime in

I've read somewhere that airing down on stock tires can cause issues due to a weak sidewall. Something to research. As far as the pressure, as long as you don't make any sharp turns you should be fine. I run at 20 psi though.

Yeah I'm not going down to like 7-8psi like some on other tires. Finding a corolation to airing down to help prevent punctures in the desert. Compared to being able to maintain some speed seems hard to come bu

I've run my tires for fairly long periods at 16psi over all sorts of terrain at speeds of up to 50mph. I wouldn't recommend doing this on gravel or pavement for extended periods though.

I always go down to 20 psi for the type of trails you're talking about, we have the same ones out here in socal. I've never had any issues, and the last trail (Mille Jeep trail) was very rocky.
