Need some ‘how to’ instructions on R&R Aisin water pump on my 2000 Tacoma prerunner. Always appreciate these instructional texts from guys who have done this. As always, my thanks

If you have the 3.4L v6 Prerunner, here you go. It's most commonly done as part of a timing belt replacement, so you'll just follow the steps here until you access and replace the water pump, then back the way you came.
