Was wondering that to if its the same formulation as toyota uses for their ws atf. So far i was told there isn't any approved sub from our major aftermarket atf's.

I was looking at AISIN and IDEMITSU T-IV equvilent ATF for my truck they are they aren't exactly the same viscosity and frictional properties as the Toyota oem T-IV (Mobil Corp.) but are much closer than the Multi one size fits all ATFs, my first choice would be to use the OEM stuff, second would be AISIN or IDEMITSU formulas they are closer to what the specific OEM formulation is, using a muliti vehicle would be a shot in the dark most say the Valvoline maxlife works well in their tacomas, I would bite the bullet and get genuine Toyota ATF

Wouldn’t you think a full synthetic would be better I am just not certain what path I want to go with Toyota’s ws,Aisin ws,or maxlife

I would go with genuine Toyota atf, sometimes dealers will match online prices or discount the price on a case of it. the Valvoline maxlife is just a one size fits all super thin DEXRON VI type, just because its a full synthetic doesn't mean its right or better than the OEM ATF, viscosity and frictional properties is whats important the OEM stuff has what is exactly needed
