    BAMF SS "Eco" Grill: the design is cool, its stout and weighs a ton. I've never seen another one around here (Wisconsin). I bought it during the pre-sale and love it. I did see posts about grill surrounds cracking when running this grill and figured I'd get around to reinforcing it one of these days.

    I posted this pic and noticed a line in the surround, went out to inspect, and sure enough, I waited too long.

    I picked up a 2016 SR grill from Ben at East Madison Toyota ( I highly recommend working with this guy if you're nearby and need parts). I think it looks good and its much lighter than the BAMF.

    I'll be repairing the broken surround with fiberglass and running it when I go wheeling. If I trash it, no big whoop. I'll post updates of my progress.

    If you're running a heavy aftermarket grill, I would recommend that you reinforce your surround sooner than later.
