Been Awhile since i've been on, busy with school and getting married in august plus new job, so life has been busy. not to many updates armor is rusting pretty bad (all surface rust) so I need to take all of it off and do a lot better job (obviously I suck at painting) then I did when I originally painted them, but SOS Concepts builds a strong bumper.

I work at a stainless steel fabrication shop so I went ahead and took some extra stainless scrap we had laying around and built a tailgate BBQ. Can't wait to use it this weekend. 100% stainless, only the grates for the food are carbon steel.

So another update, found a Leer canopy for free on craigslist this week and snatched it up as fast as I could, I lucked out and its a "perfect" fit, basically the outside width is a couple inches off but the inside dimensions fit perfectly, so it might have came off a 1st gen Tacoma or something?

only thing I need to fix is some cosmetic issues and a broken piece of glass on the passenger side. So I went ahead and bought a piece of tinted lexan and I'll fab out a new window at work next week.

As you can see the outside is a couple inches short but the inside matches perfect. I am planning on fabricating a Stainless Steel expedition type rack here in a couple months to fit over this shell, so those couple inches on the side should work perfect for either 1x1 304 stainless square tube (1/8in wall) or 1in schedule 40 304 Stainless pipe (about 1.3in OD and 1in ID, roughly 1/8in wall), haven't quite made up my mind which one, its about $70 difference between the square tube and pipe, pipe being more expensive.

Miscellaneous updates: getting married August 6th and will be heading to the arctic circle (and other places) for our honeymoon, should be fun, will pretty much be a 1 week camping trip, can do a photo dump of that if people are interested.

So Installed my Front Bilstein 5100's with OME 884's (Hey finally installed these damn things @300AACTaco ), Provided about 2-3 inches of lift (sorry didn't take any measurements) Keep in mind I also have 220lbs worth of armor and winch up front as well. So far the ride is great, stiff but controlled, not sure if the ride height will settle down as these were on @300AACTaco build for a while.

Next on my list is an AAL to try and get the height evened up.
