I have 2. Would not trade the. I have 45 and a 20. Price is high yes, but you can find people dumping all the time if that bothers you. Had them for a few years. I see all the other brands coming with dents in lids etc. They might be the same, but paying the $ Id want something perfect. However i do want to get rid of my seafoam 20 and get a larger RTIC

I assume a 1911 will fit standing up in the console and the lid will close (my edc is actually just a touch bigger in every direction but ive only ever laid it flat in the console so i dunno for sure) but if so there should be no issue

I lied my tan is a 35 not 45. I was hesitant buying but had 2 finders fees at toyota, so i splurged and bought it. The green one bought when going to the beach. One thing to think about Even the 20 is extremely heavy going from a condo on the beach down to the water.

Yeti is nice but over priced for the name. All the tests out there prove others are as good or better (ozark trail beats them in some) so ozark is what I buy because it's dirt cheap.

Also, got my aal and bump stops on tonight thanks to brian! Boom another mod bites the dust.

I think there was a thread on here about Ozark trail but I cant remember where. the cooler seemed to do ok. the OP did have it outside on his deck and the lid deformed. also broke the rubber latches. I'm not knocking it, he could of had a defective cooler. The surprising thing was the customer service. whoever makes these for Walmart responded to the thread and got replacement parts for not only the op, but others that chimed in on the thread. I was really surprised with the CS. that being said the Ozark is "only" $150 for a 52 quart. My k2 was $240? for a 50 so a 100 more. I was very happy with mine until I tried to take it, loaded, to the beach for the first time.

I don't have a hard cooler. I have the ozark trail bag cooler like the weirdo above me that has the yeti one. Had held up great and keeps ice for 4-5 days in my truck.

Carrying a big yeti full of ice down to the beach sucks, carrying it back up after a day of drinking sucks even more. With a yeti bag you can carry yourself, even the bigger bag. Yet we still carry the 65 down and use the bag for all the girls an their drinks or when its just 2-3 people. It really just depends.
