Alabama Meet Up - March 11th

a trail ride will have to be a different event. again, not just to you but to everybody:

THIS IS A MEET AND GREET DAY ONLY. So many of us now don't know who each other are, so we want to spend the day just chatting and drooling over trucks and shooting the shit. Food and fun also involved, weather permitting. This IS NOT a mod day, this IS NOT a riding day, this IS NOT a day for you to change the plans because we are all together and you'd rather do something than meet and greet. If you don't want to meet and greet, don't come. I personally like to have faces/names for the people I communicate most with and more importantly who might help work on my truck or who I will be on the trails with. #rantover

a guy that works for drummond said that cahaba soemthing is taking it over and shutting it down. He said it is due to the littering and all.

Wouldn't be the first. We had a place called the bowl, years ago. It was like an offroad park in alabaster. It was shut down after they found burnt stolen cars, and a dead body out there. Idiots ruin shit for everyone. As for the slab, it's part of the wildlife refuge, so not sure what they can do there, other than gate it off.

 

So does that mean we're going to do a ride at the slab instead?

So I'm set to get some tires and have been searching for hours, what's the largest tires I can fit with no lift.

 

While we're at it, what suspension do you guys recommend? I've heard ADS but I'm thinking skyjacker?
