I died. I got dehydrated very quickly and my head went to spinning and i had moment where Trey thought i died. It was good stuff. So i need to drink more water and drink while riding. So went a whole wooping 2.3 miles. Sorry Trey for ruining your ride. Also the wifes bike is not geared right for that lol.

I’ve been there. Key is to have food on your stomach but not too much, and have drank at least a bottle of waters worth before riding. Then drink during and after. That’s what I had to do every time in the beginning.

I ate, had a bunch of water before, but didnt have any during. But didnt ride far at all before having issues. I just need to start slower and work myself back up.

I think i had this grand illusion that i would be able to quickly bounce back to how fit i used to. I got a real quick slap to the face on that today. Time to take it seriously
