yeah but table tops with a speedy steep incline approach are not easiest.

I just have 0 experience going airborne intentionally, aside from some small little hops. to be "sent" because of speed is still scary to me.

And you can roll things that make me face plant. We all have our strengths and weeknesses. So you help teach me to roll things and stay further back on the bike and ill help get you in the air

I don’t know what the drive would be like for you. Brickyard bikes in phenix city might have a ride for you. If you like trek.

3 hours south of me. I dont mind trek, i had one before. It just seams like all the bikes they offer in my price range are XC bikes

That’s correct for most brands, xc is just cheaper. I hate the pitch didn’t work out for you dude.

Its all good. The Line is slacker than the pitch by .5°. And it has massivly better parts and more more fork travel.

The Roscoe is similar to a fuse. Almost in between XC and trail. I have my son on a 7 and it’s got a 1x12, dropper post and an entry level air fork. Though I don’t know there supply. They have a Facebook and are still selling steadily. I say call and just ask. It is slim pickings for riders right now.

Also maxes your budget. But it’s a good one for what you want to start doing.

Oh ok. Well be patient this will all settle. Especially once 2021 bikes start dropping on the scene. For what it’s worth I picked up my sons for $1100 out the door so there is some room for offers. Even brand new.

so found out something pretty sweet...we have an old golf course that is being converted to a multi use facillity, which includes a 4 mile singletrack loop for mountain biking. this is right on my way home from work so will be easy to knock out 8-12miles each day after work for good saddle time.

I knew all this, but here's where the "sweet" news comes in. Here's the picture they shared of the plans. So the single track is almost the same color as the 10k running course so I assumed it went right beside it the whole way...

WRONG. found out this in light blue is actually the course!
