    I'm having a hard time stomaching going to HD and getting 3.19 sq/ft flooring when I was able to find 220 sqft for 1.65 per...but I don't know how long I'd have to wait to find more like that...

    yeah a local buy/sell place that buys the overstock in trucks and such. just never know when they'll get any though. that's the issue.

    I've got 220 sq ft of what we need, the first space is 600 sq ft....and the whole house will be about 2k...

    so...simple maths...

    600 sq ft x 3.19 = $1,914
    220 sq ft was $365
    so that takes the first number down to 380 sq ft x 3.19 = $1,212.

    but still need another 1,400 sq ft x 3.19 = $4,466....

    Honestly blue book isn’t always the greatest guide, and will only present pricing for a bike as it was originally spec’ed.

    The market will dictate real world pricing, and a custom build like this bike is impossible to predict (not implying you don’t know this).
