I have higher commitments that trump the meet and keep me from just easily changing the meet to a previous/later weekend in the same general time frame.

It is all good and nothing truly out of my ordinary. I should be able to do a meet in March, but need to see what I will have happening around that time before I throw out any dates.

^^^^^^^ I believe I passed you yesterday on South Parkway right around Edwin Watts. Thought about flagging you down (if that was you) but realized it was just too damn cold yesterday. BTW I am super jelly of your grill and foglights behind it. Once I get my ARB on this weekend I am going to rededicate my time to fabbing up my own grill and doing the same thing. Truck looked real good tho.

Thanks! That was me. You going to be doing the ARB around here? I might be able to lend a hand if you need one. I helped TacoFMS with his. Could also use my garage.

You need to come by and see me about the grill stuff. I have built quite a few and I can give you some tips, tricks and pointers. I have a fully completed, one ready for paint and one untouched that I can show you different parts of. The untouched is the one I was offering to you.

I was actually going to just drive to Scottsboro this weekend and try to do it at my moms by myself since I live in an apt over here and I still kept all my tools at her house in her/my old garage, but that would be awesome to bring it to your garage and actually have someone give me a hand with it. Not to mention someone who actually has an idea of whats going on. I've always been kinda mechanically savvy so I wasn't too worried about it but having help and getting to meet a new friend would be great! Heck I had completely forgotten about that grill you offered me. I may even take that off your hands as well.

I am waiting on my brother to send me a text on if we are going to work on his car Saturday or not. He has an exhaust leak on his Mustang. I can help you on Sunday either way, but Saturday depends on him.

Figured I would throw it out here one more time, if anyone wants the tires and can get them this weekend I will sell them for $400 for all 4. If no sell this weekend prob won't end up selling them and just spend money on other mods.

265/75r16 E rated Goodyear authority with about 1000 miles on them. No cuts or bruises.

Yep, shame you gotta run 17s... Starting to lose the itch to just piss away money on new tires and thinking bout just keeping them at least til after the move. Several other mods are catching my eye now.

Haha. That would be a good plan. Where are the pics of the bumper you supposedly bought and installed at Brian's?

I didn't want the blinkers so we modified some foglight/driving lights where the blinkers went and I think they turned out amazing as well!

Also, a TREMENDOUS thanks to Brian for the help and the use of his garage and tools. I definitely couldn't have done any of it without him. Glad to have met him and hang out with him today. Look forward to more projects bud!

Looks good! Definitely going to stand out with it painted like that. Nice little extra touch to make it your own.

It does look good! Not to hard to get mounted up.

It took a little time to find 2 pressure clips to remove the bumper cover. The other time kicker was the mounting of the driving lights, but they are in there like a professional job. Better to do it right the first time and we were lucky to have enough resources and parts and pieces that worked nicely with each other. Showing of my satoshi's didn't help with time either or the great lunch Tanya made (but was well worth the time!)

Glad you came by Allen and I was able to meet you and check out your truck. I always like to put a wrench to a truck, so if you need a hand with anything, let me know. You are on the hook to help me work out my horn issue.

Looking very nice and Brian is ending up being the go-to guy for Huntsville Tacoma mods. I also went with having mine painted the same color as my truck and glad I did.
