SAS Dcab, on 35s. 4.88 front and rear with elocker rear, and arb up front. All pro Rocksliders and an arb winch bumper up front with warn 8k. The truck was a steal for 13k with only 60k miles. It looks like they used the Trail gear kit for the 95.5-04 trucks and made it work, and work well it does...

Oh hm. Your resi isn't mounted on the frame. Guess I should've known since you said piggy back. I'm not sure man. I'd do what Marie says.

It does need a few things, and I mean a very few... 4wd actuator is toast and I have to fab up the trans crossmember in order to install the front driveshaft. Not by any means a showstopper...

I don't think ill have to worry about that because these will all move together since I don't have nothing mounted to the frame. I just need to make it to a meet and give everyone a beer and take off my tire. then turn the shock both ways and see which one gets more grunts of approval.

yes I have mine like that, considering the very bottom is the overload. just not between the aal and last leaf as I said earlier. I'm saying that again because all my other leafs have one. should I get one more shim?

The shim is at the bottom, idk what the pieces of metal are between each leaf are for. I wouldn't touch it if you are having no vibes.

@TacoAlaMode I have been thinking about this all day and its driving me crazy. Remember when I had both leafs off the truck at the same time and nothing holding the axle? Then When I went to put the leafs back in the flat spot where the leafs touch the axle was lower on the front side. Do you think this could have caused my drive shaft angle to be messed up? Maybe when I go to install the shim I can looses it all up and try and get the flat spot on the axle sitting level again? Thoughts please.
