I don't think they make a s/c for 3rd gens. What all did you have to replace for that? Gears, driveshaft..?

 

Purely a bolt-on kit. Hopefully URD make something for 3Gen's, but until then there isn't much of an option. Keep an eye on the performance section for future possibilities.

 

I'm surprised your driveshaft hasn't had any issues, that's a lot more power

 

only about a 25-30% increase and no issues so far.

~ 1mpg, if that. @yota243 is the one to ask about power increases. His will be a beast when it's finally completed.

 

Gotta do a v8 swap then s/c it and upgrade the driveshaft and 4.56 gears haha

What is it? I had a boosted 335i before i got taken out by an infiniti suv and got the tacoma. 546 corrected on a dynojet

 

Nice, ummm thats my tacoma with a 56 mm borgwarner s200 series turbo. I still have to swap injectors (work got busy and bunch of family stuff the last month or so) gonna run ~7.5 lbs of boost for now. Should be in the 350whp neighborhood

 

sweet, i wasnt sure if you swapped the motor or not, never really looked at the 4.0s.
have many ppl turbod those before or are you figuring it out as you go? what are you using for a tuner? i would be very interested to see how much power they can make and what breaks first.

 

There are a half dozen members or on here with turboed 1gr. Im using the mapecu3 as a piggyback for tuning
