Semper FI Fund. They work with all branches though. 90ish% of donations go to aid. Wounded Warrior only gives 60osh%. Had to look up the facts again but this is what I came across when picking my charity years ago. Recently my wife changed it to a local youth club.

I actually ended up choosing Hospice Family Care from up here at Huntsville Hospital. I know folks that work with them so I felt it was a good choice.

I just saw your earlier post. I was in no way knocking you. There have been a couple of bad articles on them in the past. Employees questioning expenditures and such

Solid choice. The hospice workers that came and helped care for my mom her last couple of months were incredible. I could not imagine doing that kind of work. It takes a special person that is for sure.

I didn't think you were, but I'm happy you posted that so I can send my donations to a more worthy cause.

Charity is tax deductible and I send a pretty good chunk of money out every year because it's less that I have to pay the government.

Good deal. I was rereading some of my posts I made last night after a "couple " of crowns that sounded a little better in my head than in actually writing. Last thing I needed to do was get back on today and bash someone's charity choice.

all of your posts probably sound better in your head than in writing, we are used to it and don't hold it against you.

Haha always, but we make time for friends up here. You'll need Brian's garage/tools, but I'm willing to lend a hand. I'm slowly collecting tools, but still don't have a nice space to work.
