    Just wrecked the fuck out of my bike. Took a bad spill mountain biking. Bent the wheel to shit and ate the ground hard. Luckily didn't break my arm but it's swelling like crazy.

    Thanks guys. Did a stair step down about 4 large rocks and the last one was about 2 feet drop and it jammed my wheel and bent the shit out of it and sent me flying. My buddies apple watch said we were doing about 9mph at the time we were hopping down them.
