If I had some mods to do I'd be down for one. Im sure I can find something to do even if it is some TRD badges lol.

Yeah... Thats not far from my apt!! Yeah it hsould just be a big group of people... If not modding then helping, hanging out, and washing your trucks so then we could take pictures! HAHA!!

 

lets set a Place, time and date that would be good with everyone. I am off this weekend. Friday-Sunday. Gotta work the one after that. Then off the next and so on. Off every other weekend. April 9-11 pretty sure Ill be in AU though. I dont have anything to mod this weekend so maybe the weekend april 24-25? Maybe everyone order their stuff or whatever they wanna do. Give it a few weeks for everything to ship out maybe get money together to buy mods and we'll have a mod day.

 

I might just show up to "help"... with some beer. Unless someone wants to weld my cb antenna to the base of my stock antenna.

 

I should be free the 24th and 25th.. I might need to have that Tom Woods installed before then.. Maybe you can help me with that Paul!?!? I'm goin to the beach the April 16-18 so i need to get it done before i harm my truck any more!! The vibration is getting bad... But the main mod day being the 24 or 25th would be great for me to do my chirp lock mod and clean my truck... So Count me in... But where? Anyone have a shop in the HSV area?

 

damn, my suggestion took off. I'm good this saturday.

Kyle, we'll be able to change that driveshaft no problem, just need a pair of snap ring pliers. No shop necessary really. Ever changed a U-joint? thats all thats involved.

 

Good Idea. I may order some wheels and tires then. Not that they would be hard to put on.

You know they make an fm/cb antenna right? if not, explain to me what you are looking to do.

 

Mod Day Sunday?????

 

Have you seen snoboarder's setup? The goal is to replace the stock antenna with a CB antenna, either through an adapter or by just ghetto welding that shit.

I'd likely lose AM, but I don't care about it. My CB reception would much improve.

 

Sunday would work better for me, since I may be going on a backpacking trip the weekend of April 25.

I think nobody will have the parts they want to install by Sunday though.

 

yeah, well i may still get with kyle if he can get that driveshaft in, but well definitely need to plan for an april-ish time frame to give everyone some time to prep.

 

I dont have any parts. I'll just help install. Got LOTS of tools now and ramps.

 

thats good. I'm suffering from disappearing tools and jackstands recently.

BTW, anyone down for some satoshi action? i'll need to see if I have any bondo lying around but its an idea for something we can do.
