    You're not from around here are you? :rofl:Anything north of University drive til north of Hazel Green is a no no. The only way I would live out that way would be if I lived in TN and there is no way in HELL I would ever live in TN. South HSV is definitely the best part/side/area of HSV. You move out that way and you will be further from the cool HSV than the Bhammers

    BTW, in all seriousness, you really do need to check those tornado insurance policies. There is a place called Anderson Hills out that way that had their insurances almost quadruple due to the naders that frequent that area. That's a hard pass here......boiii!
