I actually have a jeep now. Imagine that.
I totally understand, but let's be honest, you really don't want to airdown much below 15 psi. You'll throw a bead if you get below 12 psi and the wall height difference between full pressure and 15 psi is about 7%. You air down for grip, which is why I say quality of sidewall is just as important as quantity. Trust me, on my wheeling rigs I don't go bigger than 15s.

Yeah, no lockers here either, but I usually can feather that skinny pedal and get to where I want to go. I plan on going to this meet one way or another. I may need to meet up with someone near Montevallo and ride up. Anyone willing to give me a ride?

As for the actual trails, Let me know exactly what park we are going to and I will do a little research for preparation. I was the head spotter for my Florida group when we went to Uwarrie (however it's spelled) as well as when we went to Tellico in Tennessee and did some serious rock ridding there. I got everyone up and down the trails safely. It's what I do when we go trail riding.

On my build, the thread is going good. I want to thank everyone for their support. It really helps keep the motivation going with friends who cheer you on! Thanks again.

Im going to have to ride with someone once we get there. But you can park at my place and ride with me to the park. I'll have to park somewhere there and ride with someone because I'm 2wd though. I don't think we'll have any problems finding someone to ride with though.

It's alright. The weekends that it appears to be open are also the weekends that I have my 3 year old son. Maybe that will switch around the next 5 weekend month though.

If I were driving my truck, I would. But I can put my 3 year old in someone else's truck. Not only do I not trust anyone but myself enough to drive with him, but he tends to spill a lot of stuff. When I get a 4x4, I do look forward to taking him off-roading though.
