If this is the first time you're buying a home, you should look in to the first time buyers program.

The first house i bought when i was 19 years old, was through that program. Ofcourse I still had a good bit of credit because i had been building it from day 1.

 

I would like to know! Teach me the secrets

 

Credit? Whats that? Psh, after 2 divorces my credit is in the shit hole! lol. Have fun laughing, I'll put it out there, last time I checked my credit rating was about 550.

I've been so busy lately that I won't get to swap vehicles until next week.

 

well i saw my first gas station with prices at or above 4 dollars today. makes me miss my old junker celica haha

 

I'm building mine through financing my car. I have about 8 grand left on it. Bought it for 11 and change a year ago.

 

i think prices are about to stay a little a bit steadier in a few weeks. atleast i hope. my mom was telling me a story the other day about her 8 other brothers and sisters and my grandparents going on vacation back in the day they stopped in Wyoming and my grandpa was bitchin about gas being $0.25.. the things i could do with gas being $0.25 right now. just think what would you do if gas majorly dropped to 25 cents/gal?

 

id stockpile gas for when it went back up............ dont let the canadians see us bitching about gas prices though haha

 

make your payments on time and watch your credit go up.

 

besides stock up on fuel... use your imagination this is the internet.

btw last day of work tomrrow for 2 days! 8 12's in a row is no joke! I will probably be getting tires this coming week. so the weekend on the 28th im off. meet on the 28th? wasnt there supposed to be one? then the first weekend of may ill be in destin.. who wants to go to the beach?
