    Well, I finally installed the line on my winch today. Weird thing is when I hit out on the winch it goes in. Winch is on correctly with the wiring in the back. Already told @tweakit88 and he's going to take a look at it. Also, I'm really sort of shocked at the powdercoating on the bumper. I put a d ring on it to attach the hook to and it chipped the coating in multiple spots! I can actually pick it off with my fingers!

    Does the winch line go over or under the winch drum? It sounds like you have the line installed backwards.

    If it’s just attached on a screw to the side of the winch it isn’t possible for it to be backwards no? The drum only rotated out and in and it would just loop it around from bottom to top?
