Hey fellas, just got on TW. Im located in Huntsville. Do any of you North Alabama guys know of a good off road shop where I can get some rims and tires. I could use a brushguard too. Ive hit two deer in the last two years and my bumper is toast. I hit a tree with the back bumper and could use a new back bumper too. I guess I am about to spend some money:(

Totally doing a 3-day camping trip & whitewater rafting for the fourth :D I didn't organize the trip though, so I can't invite you yahoos.

Apparently for real deer protection you need to get a replacement bumper; anything else for tacoma's will only hold up lights, help against scratches / stray shopping carts, and look good, not provide real deer protection.

I have heard recommendations on going to see Danny at Rocket City Offroad, but they aren't open on Saturday's so I haven't actually used him.

Jason at Victory Offroad in Morgan City welded my sliders on, and he did good work and stood by it. One of the members here knows him.

I actually have a jeep now. Imagine that.
Rocket City Offroad has always done good for me. Ask for Danny. Sounds like a grouchy guy on the phone, but he really is a nice guy.

Ok, so my boyfriend is going out of town again this weekend and I am getting tired of spending the weekends bored at home. I need something to do/ somewhere to go! Any local-ish place that is fun and dog friendly? Local being up to Chattanooga, Down to the gulf, or East to Atl (and anywhere between). Hopefully that doesn't cost an arm and leg to go/stay.

Yeah, I have a 6mo old Golden Retriever/ Lab mix. And let me tell you what, I love animals, but if I would have known I was going to get stuck taking care of her every weekend by myself I wouldn't have agreed on keeping her!

Tuscaloosa? Nah, pics taken in Jacksonville, AL and Ft. McClellan (Anniston, AL). Nope, never been to Brookwood. I don't head up north that often.

Well, so much for me trying to do anything this weekend! Apparently 2 of my neighbors houses were broken into night before last. One of them had a rake thrown through their van window, a hatchet missing from the yard, and the house broken into (I don't know if anything was taken) and the other neighbors shed was broken into. So it seems that I am on house watch for the weekend. Maybe I'll get to shoot someone!!
