    Also, found out that my insurance goes up $290 a month when the kiddo gets here. If debt wasn't a real thing before, God help me come June!

    Not sure how your company does its match, but you never want to go over the percentage the employer matches in a 401K. The reason is because a 401K is tax exempt when it goes in but gets taxed along with the growth when it comes out.

    A Roth IRA is taxed when it goes in and grows tax free after that. :woot:
