I'll say this. I was debating about buying a used iPhoneX.. my s7 edge just updated to android 8.0 and I'm happy again. This update sped the phone up tremendously.

Will be here this afternoon. I got to order cross bars this weekend I guess. I wasn't expecting it so fast. So far the seller has been a stand-up guy. Fast shipping fast. Answer to any questions.

Yeah. He sent me the list of parts I'd need to supply. I was just leery of being in on the first run. The pic of that blue one(where he left the front uneven.....inho) looked good. It's definitely on my list. I'm hoping you have good things to say about it.

    anyone price building a shop?

    I'm thinking 3 door, 40 x 30? maybe 15' roof, being about 14' ceilings on the inside.

    Well, let me say this:
Im in grad school right now and had an estimating class last semester. I believe our garage was 20x30 one garage door and one regular door. Can't quite remember the height. However the building was estimated at $45,000. And thats from complete start to finish. I hope this helps at least get a number going for you.

Yeah. We generally use $50 - $60 per sqft when estimating plant manufacturing space. But that is usually structural steel, plumbing, 480V power, sprinklers, insulation, A/C, 8"-10" slick finish and polished concrete.

I'm gonna say $15K to $20K for a basic prefab depending on what else you want.

It was just a class exercise. It included excavation and concrete and cedar siding.

Thanks, I'm looking for a metal building, concrete slab of course, I'll put the doors up and probably do all ground work. I will not finish the concrete.

I will have plumbing for toilet, sink, and small shower, this would all be super small spot, and rather or not I put them in is another story, but the option is available. Power of course, insulation and other probably added later.

I think with the way wood has boomed in price building with metal more than ever makes sense now a days.

About 35K for a 40 x 60 if they also do a slab so should be a bit cheaper for a smaller one. Friend just had one built in TN.
