Alabama thread!

Hey fellas,

I've poked around in here in the past a little bit.

I'm going to visit my brother in Cullman, just north of B'Ham, next week. He told me he had bought some brand new 32" nittos for 17" rims. They looked too small on his truck so he told me if I got some 17" rims, he'd give me the tires for free. I had always kinda wanted the sport rims, so this is a good opportunity for me to go ahead with it.

Anybody got some 17" sport rims in good shape they'd like to trade for some 16" ORs?

I do, but I had intended to give the 265s to my dad cause his tires are bald.

Nice, and no mud. I probably would have if I'd have been coming in from Knoxville.

 

oh, there was mud....we just cleaned up afterwards. Night mudding.

 

But mudding there is not required. On the previous trip, there was one trail with a stream crossing, a spot that went in and turned around and then the only other place is where we sunk Paul.

 

We did one of the extreme trails that was a ton of ruts and mud. We also played on the mud track saturday night. I would say at least a quarter of the time we were wheeling was on stuff I hadn't done before there. Skill level about the same.

Brian, we did a trail about 3 times as narrow as the one that scratched your truck up. Even I was cussing and I don't really care that much about my paint.

haha. I found a spot where it was narrower. It was down where dirt got into the beads of my tires and didn't want to go back through the rough spots. I sorta followed your route. You went around it. Anyways. I was pushing trees down with my tires! lol

 

What's wrong with fuchsia?

 

Anybody try going to chick-fil-a today? The ones in huntsville were drawing mile long lines. People were literally parking down the road and walking.
