    I want to hit it with 35s now to see if I even touch slider. that's all I touched on 33s. I did notice at Iron Gap a lot more rocks I went over and I didn't catch anything so the extra clearance is nice.

    the truck struggled some since it required higher rpms to turn those wheels and I had to stop to let it cool down once.

    this video here does not do justice to the creek bed. Brian said Jeff and I were crazy for going through it. some of those rocks and climbs were easily 3ft+ you can tell when my rear bumper drops off and almost hits a couple spots.

    for sure.

    yeah so there was one spot I had trouble climbing in 4 low, guarantee gears would've helped get it over, but was pushing the engine hard. got over it and the temp light came on. sat for a bit with heat on full blast and it cooled down.

    so was it transmission light that came on or engine coolant light?

    I'd do the cheap route for now, look into another tranny cooler.

    I'm really wanting gears right now... and that front locker too... another E locker or an air locker... too many choices.

    an electric e-locker for the clamshell is twice as much as i got an ARB for and about 400 more than msrp than the ARB if you can't find a similar deal to mine.

    i swear, we're all going to be scratching our head if you get gears without a front locker lol

    even if you don't need it, you're already in there.

    You would be fine with just sliders on most of the trails and sliders and skids on just about every trail.

    You will rip off your rear bumper, but that’s just part of owning a 3rd gen.

    but it's just extra money.

    even Jeff said he's not kicking in his front locker anymore with the cv's it's breaking.

    front locker isn't as justifiable as rear.
