just had a short discussion with my boss...and the point of them assigning me projects now is to bring in somebody like me. not below me, but someone that I can work with and help and we would be equals really. they just need me to be able to help teach/train in the beginning as well.

 

I am actually. Weighing options at the moment.

I haven't gotten hot at all, and I have the mattress cover on it as well.

 

Well cool. Undecided on the one you have or going with the Nectar.

 

I would assume they are all pretty similar, but I could be wrong.
