i've been looking at either s9 or iphone x/xs used. trying to avoid taxes and setup fees.

it was free, so yes worth it lol.

it's a company cell phone. came from an s7.

So I got a new PR at the gym today.

...thought I'd toot my own horn here a little bit since no one at work appreciates a good workout.

i'm way off any PR's since I took off for about 4 months.........

 

I maxed bench press today at 295 for 1 rep. My goal is to hit 315 by Christmas.

 

Nice! it's huge confidence booster when you hit a new PR. your booty didn't come up did it??

 

Congrats! You must not be as sore as I was from riding lol. My whole upper body is sore
I did do a new record for 7-9 mile run last night though. Maybe it's something about riding? Was definitely feeling better than usual.

 

what do you weigh?

 

Nope. Kept my back flat all the way to lock out. Previously my PR was at 275 so a 20 pound jump feels good.

Yeah, I'm not too sore from riding. Lifting helps a lot with minimizing the muscle soreness if you do it right. You can keep that running. I dislike running. Haha

I'm weighing 178 now. Weighed quite a bit more on my last PR.

 

we weigh about the same, that is if you mean in the mornings with just gym shorts on.

 

yeah you're smoking where I was at then. when I was ~198 I got my best PR ever of 335 on bench. couldn't touch that now been so long.
