Yeah, I'm starting to think I'll just take a few days off and drive the 9 hours each way. I wish they offered REM. I need to drive it back to AL but breaking them in on the way back would be painful.

 

yep breaking them in is a pain....50 miles at a time, and you'd probably have to do the fluid change out on the road before you even make it home once you reach 500 miles.

 

Yeah the ride back will be rough but knowing it was done by people that know how to do it right and the warranty would make it worth it for me.

 

An option would be to order the rears from them, send them to a REM polisher, then once I get them back, drive over to ECGS.

Then break in the front when I get back.

 

why so set on REM polished?

 

Its just a little over 500 from Huntsville, he should be fine

 

yeah I'm following the instructions meticulously. I will change my at 500 on the dot. I'll go drive around my neighborhood for those last couple miles/tenths to get it lol. do not want any possible reason whatsoever to say the warranty is void.

does the REM polishing offer warranty as well? or does it void the warranty with ECGS?

 

Just got word that my dad got laid off from his company he’s been working at for over 30 years... I’m a bit shocked to be honest but I guess business is business it seems.

there is accurate proven research out there, folks just refuse to trust it. companies can do whatever they want, in my opinion, it's their dollars paying you so they can require what they want.

 

I hate that. I've been in those shoes before. I was laid off at a company in New Orleans. Had to move back home with my tail between my legs. 6 months later, Katrina hit. I would have lost everything. There is a reason for everything. I truly believe that.

 

He's a Software Engineer. Been doing it since he graduated college in '86. Most recently he wrote the licensing for all the software the company produced.
