As far as painting armor, it doesn’t matter how cheap or expensive you go prepping and painting. One rock and the paints gone. Use $1 Walmart stuff.

Hey guys, I'm looking for a new place to wheel around Alexander City/ Sylacauga. I've been pretty much all over the national Forest. Maybe coosa county? Tired of Ridge Road though. This spring I'll be building some trails on our land in Coosa. Too cold for doing that shiz now.

Well went to ridge road today. Rednecks had been playing around apparently. No amount of 4wd trickery could get me out. Had to crawl out of the window to find a tree to hook to. Took every bit of my cable to the red and then a tow strap. Wife sat inside while I swam through the mud haha. That's how you get to buy new toys for your truck, though. That winch isn't looking so expensive now...

    Overlanders unite?

    https://www.oldsouthoverland.com/

I’ll probably be going to this since it’s less than 10 minutes from my house. Anyone else want to join?

Unsure if I’ll camp or not, depending on who goes I guess . @tweakit88

We drove through cades coves yesterday... Hiking sounds like walking which is just running in slow motion, and I only run when I'm out of ammo... Which hasn't happened in a very long time #beprepared
