I really dig the wrap, but I do wish it was built as more of an offroader than just for looks.

 

Not enough tent space tho. And if you have stuff in your bed no one can sleep down there. The AT habitat with the 10 foot of tent tho

 

Agreed. Needs some machine guns too I think to pull off the look.

 

Will review fully after next weeks overland trip around tennessee with @Otis1382 and his family. Right now i can say if you dont need to get the t4 plus dont. Just get the t4. We need to and i hope its easier to put back in the bag with the wifes help is all i can say

 

I think it would be a perfect setup with a drawer system my my wife and our dogs. We could sleep up top and the dogs below us in the bed. Everyone is warm and protected from the elements

 

Dont they suck. More comfy but they suck. We will be getting some self inflating sleeping pads from REI as soon as i can afford them. My buddy up in D.C. has one and says its more comfy than his bed. Rolls up into a tiny bag, roll it out and pull the plug and the memory foam inside expands into a 3-4" thick sleeping pad.

 

I'll drop it to $350 for you or anyone here, if it makes it better...

Then everything in your bed has to be put outside where is can get wet, cold, or stolen

I want to see some of this stuff in person before buying it. I'd like to try it out. I know I can return but that's a pain lol

 

it would just be too hard for me to justify. I would buy a small tow-able camper. I think they're cool, I would just have to weight the options.

 

I carry Colby valves, they are pricey but I have helped two people on the trail repair I broken valve stem in about 10 minutes without even taking the tire off the truck.

Set up with out rainfly or stakes is 35s.
With rainfly its 96s
With rainfly and stakes 5m45s

 

Setup isnt the issue to me, camp setup is part of the fun...unless bad weather. Teardown is the issue normally.
