Ok, didn't see where you found someone to check it at the dealership. Like Matt said it can have 12volts and still be bad, you should always have over 13 volts when it is running, that voltage is coming from the alternator. Did your buddy check for amp draw?

Nobody checked it at the dealer. Lynch Toyota said they could not test a battery. Literally lied directly to my face. Which is why I left them a bad Google Review. Advance Auto checked it but the guy was confused how to use the tester, kept having to restart the test, eventually telling me it was "ok". My buddy and I tested it at his house and it read okay but was a little weak. I do think it's the battery though. I'm replacing tomorrow.

I will do that. We are just swapping diffs. I bit the bullet and ordered them preassembled and paid the cores.

Shoot me a PM and we can talk more. Haven’t built either before, so there’d be some design work involved.

This things pretty cool. If someone put money into it and cleaned it up it would be eye catching.

Used an impact hammer to get mine off and it was very easy. Easier with those LCAs off. Have some primer/black paint around to touch up after you weld the new ones on.

this is one of the nicest fender wells on 35s I've saw, which isn't many lol

For sure dude! I've been real bad about documenting anything in the past, but I did snap a few during that process..

So after the initial fender cut, there was still the gap from where the liners were molded to, and the new height of the fender.. I pulled the liner up in the center, and screwed it into the fender from the inside. You need to make a few relief cuts so it somewhat keeps it's shape, and keep screwing it in every bit till it fits snug all around. I still had to cut some of the outside of the liner in spots, and on the ends..

Since your screwing in from the inside, you just cut the excess off on the outside and the flare will cover it up..

Then I went ghetto and just used some spray foam to fill in all the holes, and covered with some silicon so it wouldn't crumble off..

I caked it after that with some rubber coating, and then just used some abs plastic to cut some strips to cover all that crap up and make it look somewhat decent. Those were just screwed into the original liners

It's not perfect, but it's a wheel well and gets the job done  I made the flares maybe a half inch longer to cover all that up and even the abs is tucked under there. Gonna have to figure out how to do it all over again here in the next few weeks when the glass comes :bananadead:

YouTube is currently hating high definition videos lol. Taking forever.

Trust me you can keep up with us. I will say my GoPro is almost too smooth and makes the trails look like sidewalks, but we are as rookie as they get man.

Haha I want to come really bad. The guy you'll see in my videos, my coworker Martin, is down to come to if I can swing it. Would love to hit some other trails and see what else there is to offer. We do most of the basic trails at monte sano now but arent skilled enough to move up to harder yet..
