the hybrids help, but I still just can't get over how the grill makes bumpers look "off". like it just dimensionally doesn't make sense to my eyes.

Yea thats the one I was thinking of. Definitely a sharp looking bumper for sure. The only downside I can see from the hybrid bumpers are lack of protection up front.

I just struggle with the fact all of the bumpers have to go "down" below the grill. Don't show me one that cuts half off the grill because that looks nuts too lol. I think on the 3rd gens the slimline bumpers look phenomenal.

The stock bumper goes down below the grille? Maybe it's just the color difference that's throwing the look off?

oh no it's not your bumpers, I don't like the stock bumpers either lol. I'm a 2nd gen guy. I just can't get on board with the front end of a 3rd gen.

I like the 3rd gens, aside from the front end, and the drivetrain changes....and the owners that are like crossfitters/vegans lol

No...I meant the ones that have to state over and over and always let you know they have a 3rd gen and it's the best thing they've ever bought and it's better than anything else and it's the only way.

lol I know you're far from it, but there's a lot on this forum (not just the bama thread) that are that way.

shoot people think I'm that way with my opinions and decisions, but I'm not. heck I've made so many wrong ones lol, but at the time they worked for me.

Like @TacoAlaMode trying to call me out at the meet saying I'm wishy washy on camper shells/bed racks. They're both phenomenal and both serve great purposes. I never said one is the way to go over another, heck I suggested to you to get both haha! I want both and a shop to store them..

I don't mind being given a hard time, one of the few that can take it and dish it. Makes life more entertaining.

Oh shit. I think I started something.

The grille is a bit too large on the 3rd gen IMO.
