Rental. I’ve saved up enough to invest and got preaproved for under a 4% loan so may as well start looking for someone else to pay a mortgage on another property.

I’m just running calculations atm. It’s something I want to do for sure. Just gotta wait for the right deal which may take forever.

 

You gotta make comments like that in passing so to speak. like "hey man might wanna check those prices" or PM him about it. It's in the B/S/T rules. There are some that are easily butt hurt on here and go crying about shit it sucks.

 

So you can say something like, “I’m interested, but let me check prices online first” lol

 

Personally I wouldn't sweat it after certain situations occurred the Mods or some of them are a little Ban happy these days.

 

Yep or just "hey man might want to check those prices" I have done that before and no issues. Doesn't mean these days I won't get banned but in the past I've been fine. Nowadays I just surf the BST if there is something of interest I'll take a peak and look around other than that I stay away. There is too much drama there as of the last couple of months with situations that went down and individuals getting perma banned.

 

Productivity must have soared around that place today!!!!

Id die lol. Ive been up at 3 and to work at 4 every day this week. Im only moving because of coffee at this point. Only 14 more days straight of this till i get 1 day off

 

Yep. Luckily I found one of those little Starbucks espresso cans. Also, my son has a dad’s league this morning and they have coffee. Time to break out the jumbo mug.

 

So I fugged up last night and had about 2 too many 33 oz Dos Equis mini pitchers and got rather tipsy at dinner. That caused me to stay up too late, and staying up too late caused me not to sleep. Not sleeping much after drinking contributed to a slight hangover, ergo, I feel like boo boo at the moment! However, it is Friday and I get to pick up my beautiful baby girl up from daycare early so all is well here.
