Howdy folks, checking in from Montgomery.
Born and raised in Washington County, but besides the old timers I didn't see many folks my age driving Toyotas. Most had F150's and Z71's with cherry bombs lol. I never minded being the odd man out, and was a real crowd pleaser when I would pull a full size truck off Creek banks, and out of mud pits.


I recon I passed by a few of yall about a month ago on the Skyway trail in Talladega. Y'all were parked at the memorial cross at the lookout.

Also.....I think I fixed the 4runner!!

I got new plugs, wires, and 1 coil. Decided to just do the plugs and wires first and give her an ol test run, and she did GREAT!

Hoping that's the end of the issues for a while and I can return this 80$ coil.

Yep, that's the group I saw. Sweet rides ladies and gents!

Here is my truck. We were moving pretty good when we went by due to it being gravel at that spot, and we were trying to make it to this area for some overnight camping.




This was taken on a trail on the upper half beyond the railroad tracks.

Welcome to the Alabama thread! If you don't mind, where is that camping spot? I'm always looking for cool places to camp.

 

Yeah they are ,but I wasn't trying to hock them on here. I bought a set of 17'' 4Runner wheels for my truck and don't need these any more. The tires are 2015 265/75R16 K02's.

@POOLGUY , If I told you I'd have to kill ya. It's on the north half of the Skyway and it's only accessible with a 4x4 or motorcycle. Until now I've only been able to reach it with my DR650. The trail is all down hill from the road and crosses a small stream. You'll know it when you see it. I made a little rock fire pit a few years ago by the stream and it is still there. I trimmed the trail while I was down there too so it is also clean. I hate that a lot of these side trails are getting blocked off. I used to love hill climbing with my DR. Now all the power lines are closed off.
