    Mine took about 4.5 hours to get them off the truck, new plates and tabs welded up, grinding new plates and tabs, welding to the truck.

    The front two, I grinded a bit out of the bottom outside corner so they would fit flat on the truck. Toyota has a lip there.

    Also, we used a grinder to cut through the spot welds along with a large cold chisel and hammer. I wasn’t doing that part, but Bob said it was easier than trying to drill them all.
