yes. I wish I owned a good kayak, but always just had to rent/borrow. My family does a lazy fathers day kayak/canoe trip, but I also enjoy rougher waters. I once learned in high school how to roll over, but doubt I could do it now.

If there was a sport I would love to be professional in it is definitely kayaking.

 

Floating down the Cahaba is a pain. Al the getting out and walking the tube over rocks really kills a buzz.

 

yes I know, just another hobby I haven't invested in yet that has to be pushed to the side for now.

 

yea seems right. i would defiantly say that it is great to get done if you want to take your fitness to the next level haha. But if your just trying to drop a few pounds then i would say dont waste your money.

 

I thought the water float test was the most accurate method to measure body fat? At least that's what I heard, but I'm no doctor, was just a combat field medic in the Army!

 

Nope. I make sure I balance the heavy stuff like water and firewood left to right and try to put them forward of the axle. I was loaded when we went to Wind Rock the last time. @TheTacoma rode with me at Chocco and couldn't believe it.

 

I would not recommend removing the overloads if you tow.

I get off at 3 as well. Gives me plenty of remaining daylight to take care of chores and errands.

 

If you ever see me running, I am out of ammo, so either run with me or throw me some rounds

The list goes on except for physical running.

 

I got a treadmill so I don’t even have to leave the house and still no.

 

I'm ready to be out of work for retirement
