Nice. I am am going to look into them more. Right now I'm running a 5" Shackle and if I could go to a 8" or so then that would be awesome. So do you make both pieces the same length bolt center to bolt center or could one be longer than the other?

The top one needs to be what ever length it takes to keep the bottom one at a 90 degree angle to your leaf spring so it works right.
Just keep the bottom one at 90 degrees and if you are willing to move the shackle hangers the top ones could be longer.

so 90* to the leaf arch? So the bottom one will still be swept back a little just not as much as a single shackle? Looks really interesting. Does it limit up travel any with the shackle being able to rotate as the spring compresses?

You should keep it at the same angle as the single shackle, you can make them as long as you want as long as you keep the angles right and willing to move the hanger. It does the same as a single shackle on the up travel, it stays against the frame unless it is going down so it will act like a single shackle while riding
    and up-travel

I like that design hmmmm. I hate you just now are doing this as I would of made this part of my 63 swap oh well. I was going to make some changes anyways because I am loosing out on some droop and bump with the 14" shocks. Time to go to the drawing board and work on some stuff.

Yes it will, I have been watching the Samurai guys I ride with using them and they get a lot of crazy flex. These are some pictures I found on the net but this is the flex they are getting.

Went and test drove a 2019 third gen trd Offroad 4x4 today. Man almost pulled the trigger but gonna wait till December probs to get one. While not having a car payment is nice I gotta get the 4x4. Used crawled control and felt like the truck was breaking itself lol. Probably won’t even use. They had a Manuel Offroad too that I wanted to test drive but it started raining bad and I didn’t get too:(

I didn't know they made the OR in a manual. I wanted a manual access cab, but that model doesn't exist. I thought the manual only came in the 4 door Sport model.

Magnetic grey or cement! Both look super sharp when you get a lift on there! But not color look good anyway

They don’t have the pic on the website yet but they have it sitting over there in front with a spacer lift and some Falkens with black rhino wheels. Honestly it’s a steal of a deal cause the truck is 36,000

Hoover Toyota is where I bought my moms Tacoma. She got her 18 DCSB TRD OR 4x4 with leather, tech, blind spot, premium audio w/ sub. Fully loaded truck without any dealer add ons like dumb wheels or step bars for 37,100 OTD.

I made them order her truck just so it wouldn’t have any mark ups. I told her be patient and wait. I only wish I had done the same when I bought mine.
