Yeah Schusler brought out his new buggy and placed 3rd first time out. BK really is going to hit it hard with their buggies and some good wheelmen behind them.

 

Finally figured out a way to see what kind of droop I get with the wheels on. Sketchy, but effective.

My sister's dog got bit by a rattlesnake this weekend...and actually survived. Got bit on the face and the ear. They live on Cherokee Ridge Golf Course and their yard has like a retaining wall at the back, my sister thinks the snake fell off of it and into their back yard area where the dogs stay. Super aggressive snake apparently. The neighbor came over to help her and they got her to the vet, and the neighbor said he scraped the ground with a shovel and it lured the snake out. It tried to attack the shovel when he chopped it's head. I'll post pictures when I have signal again.

 

Glad the pooch is ok! I kill all poisonous snakes I see in my yard, average of 1-2 a year.

I think I am in the double digits for the amount of copperheads I have been asked to take out.
Not sure what’s more dangerous in ATL, hood rats with guns or the amount of copperheads I have seen.

Yep, we always called them Timber Rattlers but they are known by both names

 

I would caution against a lubricant, especially if you're not using a clamp. A liberal dose of rubbing alcohol usually works and will evaporate leaving no residue.

 

Well, it's a little late. I did this mod about 2 months ago! I checked it recently and couldn't pull the hose off the nipple, so I'm good to go. Plus the nipples from State48Overland, does not require a hose clamp at all, due to the British Standard Pipe Thread.

 

This is the snake, a timber rattler just like what Jeff showed.
